Here's what you'll need to get started as our Concierge Security Officer:

• Experience working as a security concierge - absolutely must have
• Professional attitude and polished appearance - non-negotiable
• Experience working in Class A buildings
• Georgia 24-hour basic security officer certification

What sets this role apart from general security positions is the extra focus on hospitality and customer service. You'll be working in a Class A building, professionally interacting with clients and guests, and providing assistance beyond security assurance. You can expect to:

• Work from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday
• Maintain a polite, positive, and professional attitude throughout the day
• Warmly greet guests, answer their questions, and direct them to the correct locations within the building
• Receive and deliver incoming packages
• Quickly step in to resolve problems and keep everyone safe and secure
