Security Officer-Lobby Officer

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a tech, media, and/or telecom location.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting events and communicating updates to site leadership and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, work areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify potential issues.;
Monitor access points and security-related systems such as cameras, alarms, and/or visitor management tools, reporting irregularities according to post orders.;
Complete security-related reports, logs, and shift handoffs, including incident reports, patrol activity, and/or maintenance concerns observed while on post.
