Crestline Hotels and Resorts - - Responsibilities:
Monitor and patrol assigned areas to provide a safe environment and minimize loss or damage.;
Review department logs and hotel status; coordinate with on-coming shift.;
Control access by issuing radios/keys, escorting non-hotel personnel, inspecting packages, and ensuring room access.;
Respond to emergencies; coordinate with outside agencies; monitor surveillance cameras; investigate alarms; provide first aid as needed.;
Document actions with logs and reports; conduct investigations into theft and guest/employee complaints.
