As a Security Officer – Mobile Patrol Rounds in Atlanta, GA
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a hotel and resort location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and remain highly visible to help deter security‑related incidents. You will respond to alarms and guest requests, document observations, and communicate clearly with staff and visitors while supporting a welcoming experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests, staff, and vendors by carrying out security‑related procedures, location‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a hotel and resort environment.

• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, including guest disputes, noise complaints, medical calls, and fire or alarm activations.

• Conduct regular and random foot patrols of lobbies, corridors, stairwells, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help deter unwanted activity and identify hazards or irregular conditions.

• Monitor access points and observe for unauthorized entry, suspicious behavior, or policy violations, and coordinate with hotel management and/or local responders as needed.

• Complete routine logs and incident reports, communicate shift activity during post transitions, and support special events or peak occupancy periods as directed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be 21 years of age.

• Customer service experience is preferred.

• Alarm panel experience is preferred.

• CPR certification is preferred.

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
