As an Event Ambassador, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and secure environment by monitoring access, verifying credentials, and assisting visitors and employees. To be successful in this role, you should be able to maintain a strong security‑related presence while delivering exceptional customer service and communication.
Key Responsibilities- Consistent foot patrols of 3‐levels, responsible for detecting any suspicious behavior and preventing vandalism, thefts or other criminal behavior, etc.
- Acknowledge and greet all guests with the utmost courtesy and professionalism, etc.
- Monitor access control, CCTV camera systems, access to the facility, verifying identification and credentials of employees, visitors, and vendors as required.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established protocols.
- Maintain detailed and accurate logs of all activities, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences.
- Communicate and coordinate with the site DOS regarding security‑related matters.
- Assist with emergency response activities as appropriate, including guiding individuals during evacuation or lockdown situations.
- Support the maintenance of order within the location by helping to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptive behavior.
- Minimum 21 years of age or older
- Excellent customer service, professionalism and communication skills.
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks.
- Basic computer skills are a plus.
- Experience with report writing and documentation.
- Experience monitoring and surveillance.
- Must be comfortable standing, walking and able to lift up to 25 lbs.
- A valid driver’s license, if applicable.
- Background and fingerprint investigation required in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
- Drug screening required to the extent permitted by law.
- A valid CPR certification
- Previous security experience.
Education: High school diploma; GED equivalent

Work Experience:
At least 2 years of security, law enforcement, or military experience
