Security Officer - Driver Patrol Rounds

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting concerns to property management and/or dispatch as required;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols of building common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance or access issues;
Control access by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying credentials as required, and documenting visitor activity in accordance with post orders;
Complete detailed shift documentation such as patrol logs, incident reports, and equipment checks, and communicate updates during shift turnover
