Security Officer - Facility Roving Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of common areas, retail corridors, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation, contacting on-site management, and/or requesting law enforcement or medical support as needed.;
Monitor access points and observe cameras and/or alarm activity when assigned, reporting suspicious behavior, hazards, and maintenance concerns through the appropriate channels.;
Complete patrol logs, incident reports, and other required documentation, and communicate timely updates to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts.
