This role is for people who lead with awareness, integrity, and calm confidence.

You’re naturally observant. You read rooms, notice patterns, and step in before situations escal. At the same time, you understand that the door sets the tone — and hospitality starts the moment a guest arrives.

As a Door / Security team member, you’re the first and last impression of the experience. You protect standards, ensure safety, and help guests feel welcomed, respected, and  you can balance authority with warmth and take pride in doing things the right way, this role gives you real responsibility and visibility.

• Manage guest entry and exit with professionalism and warmth

• Verify IDs and ensure compliance with alcohol and safety standards

• Maintain continuous awareness of the environment through active scanning

• Intervene early and professionally when situations require attention

• Enforce venue standards with consistency and integrity

• Support gift shop operations and guest questions as needed

• Communicate clearly with leadership and teammates to maintain a safe, smooth experience

• You’re always aware and naturally scan your surroundings

• You never compromise standards, even when it’s uncomfortable

• You step in early, calmly, and professionally to prevent issues

• You can be firm without being aggressive, and welcoming without being passive

• You value structure, clarity, and accountability

• You understand that safety and hospitality are not opposites — they work together

• Degrees or certifications are great, but not required

• Strong situational awareness and sound judgment

• Comfortable enforcing standards in a guest-facing environment

• Able to work 30+ hours per week

• Professional dress code during working hours

• Day and evening availability, including special events

• Reliable transportation
