Security Officer - Cre Unarmed Patrols

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment. What You'll Do:
  • Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the location.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner as directed by Allied Universal and/or site leadership.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the business and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
  • Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
  • Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits as required.
  • Support emergency response activities in accordance with Allied Universal protocols and site instructions.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities and incidents as required by the site.
  • Communicate professionally with visitors, tenants, and staff to provide information and assistance as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
  • Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
