Base Pay Range

$48.00/hr - $72.00/hr

• 4+ years in security program or project management
• 4+ years of site/construction management experience
• 4+ years managing physical security system deployments
• Experience with security systems in datacenters or critical infrastructure
• Strong communication and decision-making skills in high‑pressure environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data‑driven process improvement
• Hands‑on experience with security system integration and technical oversight

The Senior Security Project Manager leads critical physical security projects across a Fortune 10’s global datacenter infrastructure. This role involves designing and overseeing the deployment of security systems (e.g., access control, surveillance, alarms), managing cross‑functional teams, and ensuring timely, compliant delivery of services. The position requires strong collaboration, project management, and technical expertise to support Microsoft’s mission of secure and scalable cloud operations.

• Retro filling old data centers, building up data centers in ATL
• Looking for a Security PM on each site (Manage physical integrations of access controls, audio visuals, fire alarms, etc)
• Need someone not afraid to be main/ only manager putting in the security (Assertive/ strong willed)
• Onsite 3 days per week in ATL
• Comes from install tech BG and moved into PM/ Project coordinator role
• MUST HAVE BEEN IN DATA CENTER DOIG INSTALLATIONS then moved into vendor management
