• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of security experience, preferably in a retail setting
• Customer service experience
• Strong commitment to customer service
• Keen eye for detail
• Physical ability to engage in extensive walking throughout the shift
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional observational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
• Familiarity with CCTV systems and basic security equipment
• Knowledge of emergency response protocols and basic first aid
• Integrity, honesty, and a strong commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment
• Security‑related training or certifications are a plus

In this role, you'll patrol retail spaces on foot and by vehicle, monitor surveillance systems, assist customers, prevent theft, and respond to emergencies. You'll also enforce access control measures and document incidents with precision. You'll be the visible presence that deters crime and reassures staff and shoppers alike.
