As we expand, we're looking for a driven Internal Sales Associate to help generate new opportunities, engage prospects, and support revenue growth.
Role OverviewThe Internal Sales Associate is responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients. This is a high-activity role focused on outbound prospecting, inbound lead management, and pipeline development. As well as attending events and reaching out to necessary prospects / clients.
You will be the first point of contact for many potential clients and play a critical role in building relationships and creating new business opportunities for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct outbound prospecting via email, Linked In, and phone to generate new business opportunities
- Qualify inbound leads and assess client hiring needs
- Book discovery meetings for senior sales or account executives
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline within the CRM
- Research target companies and decision-makers
- Develop personalized outreach campaigns to improve response rates
- Follow up consistently with prospects to move them through the sales funnel
- Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to align messaging and targeting
- Track activity, conversion metrics, and pipeline performance
- 1–3 years experience in inside sales, business development, or recruitment sales (B2B preferred)
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach and performance targets
- Experience using CRM tools (Hub Spot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven
- Interest in recruitment, talent solutions, or HR technology is a plus
- Consistent meeting generation and pipeline growth and Proactivity
- High activity levels across outreach channels
- Strong lead-to-meeting conversion rates
- Positive client feedback on first interactions
- Contribution to monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Probationary Period = 8 Hours max per week ($10 / hr) where you'll need to meet your KPI's and you are eligible for Commission
- Once you've met your KPI's you will transition to 20 Hours per week ($2000/mo) + Commission
- Upon proving success in the role, you'll move into a full-time position with $90K–$115K OTE, consisting of a $60K base salary + uncapped commission potential
