The E-commerce Specialist provides critical data analysis, process management and onsite digital merchandising for major online retail platforms including Amazon, Walmart, Direct to Consumer site, and more, for our portfolio of premium grill and outdoor cooking brands. Reporting to the Director of Ecommerce, this role will focus on content and product data accuracy, regular sales and KPI reporting, and other internal processes to drive revenue and grow our digital presence in global markets.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Compile weekly and monthly reports to sales managers to drive action planning for sales results, inventory, orders, traffic, conversion rate and other KPIs
- Interact regularly with retailer portal and support ticket requests to resolve product and catalog issues
- Respond to frequent retailer requests for product data or listing accuracy audits
- Perform site audits to identify listing issues and consistently resolve in a timely manner
- Execute merchandising improvements across online retail platforms for image enhancements, variations, comparison charts, virtual bundles, etc.
- Support promotion planning, tracking and auditing during lead up, go-live, and post promotion to ensure product listings are accurate and optimized, identify potential inventory challenges, and optimize post-promotion results
- Facilitate successful new item ecomm launches by establishing and driving new item set up and launch process for our ecommerce retail sites

- Proficient in compiling and interpreting information from various sources to make data-driven recommendations
- Have strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and solve issues preventing or minimizing sales
- Exhibit high accuracy in managing product data and sales metrics
- Have a strong sense of urgency and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Excel and experience using data dashboards or analytics tools (e.g., Amazon Vendor Central, Helium 10, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with both U.S. and international partners preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required.
- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce sales support role within a consumer products or durable goods category
- Amazon 1P experience using Vendor Central, pulling data/reports, managing Contact Us cases, etc.
- Proficient at quickly and accurately compiling data from multiple sources and spreadsheets into a comprehensive review.
- Strong knowledge of Excel including look ups, pivot tables, and formatting
- Demonstrate a high level of sense of urgency, time management, and prioritization skills.
