We are seeking a dynamic and results‑oriented Associate – Marketplace to drive our presence and performance on major international marketplaces. This role is pivotal in executing our Annual Operating Plan to achieve aggressive sales targets, optimize operations, and foster long‑term partnerships. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced e‑commerce environment, leveraging strategic insights and cross‑functional collaboration to enhance our brand’s visibility, revenue, and market share.

Key Responsibilities Marketplace Operations- Manage day‑to‑day operations across assigned marketplace platforms.
- Monitor product listings, pricing, stock availability, and promotions.
- Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, and attributes are updated.
- Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, marketing, finance) for smooth execution.
- Create and upload new product listings.
- Optimize titles, keywords, bullet points, and descriptions for better visibility.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines.
- Track daily/weekly/monthly sales performance.
- Analyze KPIs such as conversion rate, traffic, buy box percentage, and return rates.
- Prepare reports and share performance insights with stakeholders.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment.
- Track order processing, returns, cancellations, and customer complaints.
- Work with logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Assist in planning and executing marketplace campaigns and deals.
- Coordinate discount structures and promotional pricing.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, E‑commerce, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in managing online international marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, Target, Bed Bath & Beyond or similar U.S.‑focused platforms).
- Demonstrated success in driving sales revenue and sustainable growth in e‑commerce environments, with a track record of achieving or surpassing targets.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and tools like Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, and data visualization).
- Deep understanding of marketplace dynamics, including SEO, PPC advertising, inventory management, and promotional best practices.
