Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of business development skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This position requires an individual who is comfortable with outside sales, territory management, and direct engagement with potential customers.
Requirements- Must reside in the Metro Atlanta area & able to work in Norcross, GA
- Must have a bachelors degree in business marketing / sales or similar
- This is an ENTRY level position for recent College Grads - Must be energetic and eager to learn the industry.
- Proficient in B2B sales prospecting through phone and email communications
- Qualify leads using the SDR Sales Process to generate sales opportunities
- Consistently meet weekly and quarterly goals for call activity, touch counts, and Marketing Qualified Leads
- Ability to understand and become familiar with complex technical products
- Collaborate regularly with assigned Regional Territory Managers
- Effectively use technology platforms, such as Salesforce and Sales Loft, to maintain up-to-date records of all interactions and prospective clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling and networking.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients.
- Manage assigned territory sales by analyzing market trends and customer needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve revenue targets.
- Maintain relationships with existing accounts through regular follow-ups and support.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance product visibility.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market conditions to inform product development.
- Proven experience in business development or outside sales is preferred.
- Familiarity with retail sales techniques and account management practices.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market data and identify growth opportunities.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Experience in conducting product demos effectively to engage customers.
- Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
- Previous experience in direct sales is a plus.
