Position: Employee Benefits Account Executive

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager to join a dynamic team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service support for group benefits and voluntary benefits accounts, with a focus on fully funded medical accounts with fewer than 100 lives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee benefits, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding client service.

Package
  • Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 annually
  • Benefits Offered:
    Comprehensive benefits package
  • 401(k):
    Available
  • Work Arrangement:
    Hybrid work model available after 90 days (initially 5 days in-office)
  • Travel:
    Minimal travel required
Responsibilities
  • Provide service support for group benefits and voluntary benefits accounts.
  • Assist with the renewal process for existing accounts.
  • Utilize Benefit Point software to manage client accounts and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service and meet client needs.
  • Conduct regular communication with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide updates.
  • Support the quoting process for new and renewal business.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and regulations to provide informed guidance to clients.
Qualifications / Requirements
  • Licensure:
    Life and Health (L&H) license required.
  • Experience:

    Minimum of 3 years of experience in service support for group benefits or voluntary benefits.
  • Technical

    Skills:

    Proficiency in Benefit Point software preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
