You will work directly with executive leadership, collaborate daily with our Georgia based healthcare recruiting team, and have the opportunity to grow professionally and financially within one of Elios’ most strategic verticals.
The RoleWe are hiring an onsite Healthcare Sales Executive to represent Elios in the field across the Atlanta and greater Georgia market.
This role is highly visible and client facing. You will spend your time meeting in person with hiring managers, department leaders, and C suite executives across hospitals, surgery centers, physician groups, and specialty practices.
You will work closely with the Vice President of Healthcare and the recruiting delivery team to expand existing relationships and develop new client partnerships.
This role is ideal for someone who is charismatic, polished, and confident in executive level conversations and who understands healthcare either through recruitment experience or firsthand clinical experience.
Key Responsibilities- Own the front end of the client relationship lifecycle including prospecting, qualifying, discovery meetings, solution positioning, and long term account growth
- Conduct regular onsite meetings with clients to understand hiring needs, culture, growth plans, and pain points
- Serve as the primary in person representative of Elios across Georgia
- Collaborate closely with the Georgia based recruiting team to align client needs with high impact recruiting solutions
- Partner with executive leadership on strategy, account planning, and market expansion
- Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and executives through consistent presence and follow through
- Represent the Elios brand with professionalism, confidence, and credibility in every client interaction
- Strong charisma and executive presence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Sharp, professional appearance and comfort in high level client environments - Experience in healthcare recruitment, onsite sales, or healthcare operations
- Clinical background such as an RN is a strong plus
- Ability to think strategically and communicate with polish
- Self motivated, relationship oriented, and comfortable working autonomously in the field
- Must live in the Atlanta area
- Must be comfortable driving to client sites throughout Georgia
- Reliable vehicle required
- Comfortable working onsite with clients multiple days per week
