Construction Sales Consultant
to help homeowners bring their dream exteriors to life.

What You'll Do:

Meet with
pre-qualified homeowners
( assess their remodeling needs.
• Guide customers through the
  sales process
  with a consultative, solutions-driven approach.
• Present detailed proposals and product options that match client needs and budgets.
• Manage your sales pipeline from
  initial consultation to project completion
  .
• Collaborate with our operations team to ensure a seamless installation experience.
• Stay informed on
  industry trends, product innovations, and competitor offerings
  .

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ year of sales experience
  (home improvement, in-home, or commissioned sales preferred).
• Basic construction knowledge or willingness to learn.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working independently.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable lifting and carrying
  60 lbs
  of sample materials.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using a tablet-based CRM.

Preferred:

• 3+ years of commissioned or in-home sales experience.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals.

Compensation & Benefits:
