This is a full‑time remote role for a Sales Representative. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and providing tailored home improvement solutions. Day‑to‑day tasks include prospecting potential clients, consulting with homeowners about their needs, preparing proposals, and managing the sales process from initial contact to project completion. This role also involves coordinating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and consistently meeting sales targets.

• Proven ability in sales, lead generation, and customer relationship management

• Motivation to work independently and thrive in a remote team environment
• Knowledge of the home improvement or roofing industry is highly preferred
• Experience with CRM software and sales reporting tools is an advantage
• High school diploma required;
  Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
• Reliable access to a stable internet connection and ability to work in a home‑office setup
