POSITION OVERVIEW

The goal of the Sales / Estimator position is to drive more leads to the sales team to convert to revenue while maintaining a high conversion rate of leads to estimates. The ideal candidate needs NO EXPERIENCE! Just a desire to learn and grow alongside a great team. They are outgoing, personable, relational, and have good communication skills. They are able to stay organized and follow proven systems for success.

House Doctors is a professional handyman and home improvement service company specializing in both large and small jobs in the Metro Atlanta area. We are looking for sales support including estimating to help the business with budgeting and scaling to identify optimal levels of operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Collecting quality leads with strong conversion rates to estimates

First Contact with new leads

Full understanding of Handyman/Remodeling/ Renovation estimating to homeowners

Ability to close the deal!

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

SOME experience required

Reliable transportation

Able to use simple software platforms

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Compensation

Base pay rate plus commission on net profit of confirmed sales
