• Maintain and develop a portfolio of strategic customer accounts, providing ongoing solutions advice.
• Identify and understand customers’ key business and talent needs through continuous communication, probing, and listening.
• Generate new sales opportunities and pipeline growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects and solutions.
• Promote the SHL brand in the marketplace.
