Business Development Representative

Overview

Business Development Representative. Fully Remote (must reside in Atlanta, GA Area) - Open until filled.

• Contact potential clients through cold calls, emails, referrals and other lead sources
• Present the company’s product portfolio and value propositions to potential clients
• Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
• Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
• Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
• Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
• Report to the Market Manager on weekly/monthly/quarterly sales results
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services
• Travel will be required based on territory size and customers

• Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role
• 3+ years of B2C experience preferred
• Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
• Track record of achieving sales quotas
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
• Valid driver's license, vehicle and insurance
• Minimum 1-year face-to-face outside sales experience. 2-3 years B2B experience is preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience with Hub Spot or other CRM desirable
• Net Suite or other large ERP experience desirable
• Industrial or B&C Distribution sales experience a plus
• Professionalism, high energy and excellent communication skills (verbal & written)

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds at times

First Year Salary up to $95,000-$125,000/DOE
