• Follow up on unsold leads and service existing customer policies as necessary

• Must have or be prepared to obtain a Property and Casualty License within the first 2 months of employment
• Prior sales experience is ideal
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Experience in customer service or sales roles within the insurance industry
• Ability to multi-task efficiently with speed and accuracy
