• Joining huddles to align the team
• Receiving training and coaching to sharpen service skills
• Taking inbound calls and resolving customer issues
• Recommending additional products to cover policy gaps
• Meeting with the manager to discuss progress as needed

• Hourly Rate + Bonus – $21.63 starting hourly with bonus opportunities
