A global diagnostics leader is seeking a high-impact Sales Director to drive national expansion across its hospital and laboratory solutions division. As part of a major portfolio integration following a recent acquisition, this role will oversee a combined suite of diagnostic products—positioning the Sales Director to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of a rapidly growing platform.

• Lead, hire, inspire, and scale a high-performing sales team
• Drive revenue growth and expand market share across hospital systems, clinical labs, and government accounts
• Build strategic relationships with healthcare decision-makers across hospitals, labs, and physician groups
• Represent a diagnostics portfolio to hospital clients that directly impacts patient care
• Identify opportunities and strengthen leadership position through targeted sales strategies
• Serve as a strategic partner in pricing, product positioning, and market expansion

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of sales leadership/ management in diagnostics or life sciences
• Proven record of exceeding revenue targets in competitive markets
• Strong network across hospital and laboratory customers
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Experience developing, motivating, and elevating high-performance sales teams
