Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Drives Sales Growth by developing new business and expanding growth in existing accounts
  • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan with healthcare providers, hospitals and clinics
  • Become a pulmonary clinical liaison for consultative selling to increase product adoption and exceed revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospitals and case managers
  • Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and prioritize high‑volume customers
  • Communicate new product and service opportunities, utilize company resources to overcome obstacles
  • Identify sales prospects, follow through on referrals and identify PPA accounts
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, sales contracts and in‑services
  • Participate in marketing events such as seminars and trade shows
  • Coordinate with company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales
  • Work with all clinical, managerial and sales staff to promote and market home respiratory therapist services to all referral sources
  • Provide availability for patient contact and respond to patient questions and/or needs
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of successful medical device sales with a track record of exceeding growth and revenue targets
  • Proven work experience as a sales representative; medical and clinical experience is preferred
