Responsibilities
  • Develop and run a sales strategy in the allocated territory with a target prospect list and a regional sales plan
  • Identify customer needs and get to know their challenges, both technical and business-related.
  • Show potential customers how Sys Aid can solve their problems with clear, engaging presentations.
  • Plan your sales strategy, work with internal teams, and guide deals to the finish line.
  • Stay sharp on industry trends and what sets us apart.
  • Own the full sales cycle, from the first conversation to the final handshake, you’ll be in charge.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in quota‑carrying SaaS/B2B software sales as an AE.
  • 2+ years in B2B sales or business development – you know how to connect with businesses and drive results.
  • Experience closing deals in fast‑moving sales cycles (60-120 days) – you can move quickly while handling complex sales.
  • Strong communication skills – whether on the phone, in virtual meetings, or during technical presentations, you know how to engage and persuade.
  • Familiarity with sales tools like Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, Zoom Info, or similar platforms.
  • Confident negotiator – you’re comfortable discussing business terms with IT teams, procurement, and senior decision‑makers.
  • Strong background in working with or selling to IT preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience – we value skills and experience just as much as formal education!
