• Meet and greet prospective residents and show them available apartments that meet their needs
• Conduct property tours and provide detailed information about the features and benefits of the apartment homes and community amenities.
• Respond to leasing inquiries, schedule appointments, and follow up with prospective residents
• Process rental applications, verify credit and income information, and document lease agreements
• Work collaboratively with the property management team to develop strategies to meet occupancy goals
• Participate in marketing initiatives to promote the company and generate interest in available apartments
• Assist current residents with lease renewals and provide ongoing customer service and support

• At least one year of experience in leasing or real estate sales; multi-family leasing experience preferred
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate with a diverse range of people
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office and property management software
• Must be available to work weekends and evenings as needed
• Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to a positive work culture
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Available to work 9am to 6pm Monday through Friday as well as Saturdays and Holidays as needed

A valid driver s license and proof of insurance required, along with a passing criminal background check and pre-employment drug testing.
