Regional Business Development Manager-Building Automation Healthcare (Finance)

As a Field Sales here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in managing a designated territory and building strong relationships with customers. Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, delivering exceptional customer service, and analyzing market trends to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a designated territory and develop strong relationships with customers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay informed and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, order processing, and support.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Education and Other Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Passion for sales and achieving results.

Salary range: $102,100 – $153,000 (based on experience, education, geography, and other factors).
