We are seeking a Commercial Account Executive to join our team, focusing on the Retail and Consumer Goods industry. This role involves engaging with existing customers and new leads to promote the Salesforce Customer 360 platform, building trusted relationships, and driving account growth.

• Develop and maintain key customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement.
• Create and execute strategic account plans aligned with customer business objectives.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer needs and share Salesforce value propositions.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and acquire new clients.

• 5-10 years of full-cycle sales experience, including managing customer accounts and developing new business.
• Proven ability to build presentations and strategize with teams.
• Relevant experience in managing or selling into retail and consumer goods sectors is preferred.
