Account Manager – Comcast

Join Comcast’s media sales division as an Account Manager. Provide high‑level support to Ad Sales teams, clients, and sales partners. Research clients, develop presentations, manage sales orders, generate revenue reports, and troubleshoot.

• Research, develop, and maintain sales databases, programming grids, key household and demo ratings.
• Maintain databases of advertiser, ad agency, and sales partner contact information and status.
• Respond to incoming inquiries; screen for mutual interest and develop sales presentations accordingly.
• Make new contacts proactively and aggressively.
• Coordinate integrated marketing campaigns for advertisers, ensuring client satisfaction and project completion.
• Provide sales and financial reports, including revenue reports, sales pulse reports, inventory/schedule/rates/operations requirement reports.
• Lead special projects and initiatives as assigned.
• Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Maintain regular, punctual attendance; be willing to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

• 2–5 years of relevant work experience in media sales, advertising, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Strong client‑facing skills, project management, strategic planning, and initiative.
