• Hourly pay plus commission and bonuses based on types of memberships sold, paid out monthly
  • While in sales training, the potential to earn a commission when shadowing other sales associates
• No experience required. We offer comprehensive training.

• Monday through Friday, 6:30am-2:00pm
• Monday through Friday, 1:00pm-9:00pm
• Saturday and Sunday: 7:30am-1:30pm
• Saturday and Sunday: 12:00pm-6:00pm

• Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere
• Reach out to leads using our CRM with high-energy
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
• Administer studio tours for new guests
• Answer all questions about services and the facility
• Maintain a clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
• Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
