We’re launching a high-growth, startup business within Charter Global, combining the agility of a new venture with the stability and reach of an established industry leader. Our stealth-mode division delivers scalable SaaS and Fin Tech solutions to enterprise clients worldwide, with a strong focus on AI-driven automation and digital transformation.
Why This Role MattersThis is a unique opportunity to be part of our founding sales team. You’ll not only drive new business but also help shape our go-to-market strategy, sales messaging, and client relationships for a division poised for rapid expansion.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a territory or named accounts with a strategic growth plan.
- Prospect, develop, and close new opportunities in assigned accounts or territories.
- Lead discovery sessions to uncover client challenges and automation needs.
- Partner with Solution Consultants to design and present tailored solutions.
- Manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders, including C‑suite executives.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts for win‑win outcomes.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecasts in the CRM.
- Leverage sales intelligence tools (e.g., Linked In Sales Navigator, 6sense, Outreach) for targeted prospecting.
- Stay current on our solutions, use cases, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- 2 to 5 years of quota‑carrying background in enterprise software sales, SaaS‑based solutions, Automation, Analytics, Agentic AI, or digital transformation consulting. (SaaS experience is a MUST!)
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas in complex, consultative sales environments.
- Strong ability to engage and influence both C‑level executives and technical stakeholders.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms.
- Experience selling into industries such as financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, or public sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, communications, or related field OR equivalent combination of education, training, and proven IT sales success.
- Founding team role in a stealth‑mode business backed by Charter Global.
- Direct influence over sales strategy and market approach.
