Playfly Sports is seeking a Consultant, Sales and Service to join our team in Cirque du Soleil. The role is focused on outbound ticket sales, client management, and collaboration with Playfly Aspire Leadership. The Associate role requires passion for sports ticket sales and a commitment to a diverse, inclusive workplace.

• Meet or exceed outbound sales goals while providing exceptional customer service.
• Generate revenue primarily from outbound phone calls, supplemented by email marketing, face‑to‑face presentations, and in‑arena tours.
• Maintain accurate computerized records of prospects and customers in the ticketing database.
• Provide superior client service to all existing and potential clientele.
• Execute outbound sales activities as directed by manager and track daily progress.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written) – bilingual proficiency required.
• Ticket sales experience preferred; customer service or retail sales experience a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and listening skills.
• Self‑motivated, collaborative, and inclusive mindset.

• Willing to relocate.
• Availability to work outside typical office hours including nights and weekends.
• The work is sedentary; may involve walking, standing, bending, carrying light office items.
