Base pay range: $75,000 – $250,000 per year

About the job: This is an incredible opportunity for individuals who enjoy working virtually from home to earn extra income, or full-time with an uncapped income. No cold calling.

What we do:

  • Train agents to conduct virtual meetings with clients who request information about protecting their mortgage and family in the event of death or disability.
  • Provide an abundance of exclusive, qualified direct‑mail leads to agents.
  • Offer unlimited lead distribution and no limit on the number of appointments.
  • Work exclusively with top-rated carriers that offer Living Benefit protection, enabling agents to close deals with ease.
  • Prioritize getting new agents into the field and earning money as soon as possible.
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years or older and a legal resident of the United States.
  • Must hold a state life insurance license. If not yet licensed, training and course assistance will be provided.
  • Must have a clean criminal background. Background check with fingerprinting required.

    Compensation & Benefits
    • Commission: 70%–140% of annual premium written per policy, with more activity leading to higher earnings.
    • Average advanced commission per sale: $500–$600; total commissions average $750.
    • Part‑time agents (15 hrs/week) earn $35,000–$50,000/year.
    • Full‑time agents (40 hrs/week) earn $100,000–$250,000+ per year.
    • Direct deposits from carriers.
    • Fast payment – some policies are issued in 24 hours.
    • Monthly cash bonuses and free incentive/performance trips.
