  • On-Target Earnings (OTE) in your first year is $87,000, with uncapped commission and additional incentives.

Account Executive Role

Move into an Account Executive position after at least 3 months in the SDR role:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Convert qualified leads and close new business
  • Engage key decision makers (including C-Suite)
  • Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Drive new business opportunities and growth
  • Collaborate with SDRs and the wider sales team

  • Proven SDR success: At least 3 months with strong appointment-setting results.
