- Competitive Base + Commission: $45,000 starting base with a guaranteed increase to $50,000 after 3 month fast-track completion.
- On-Target Earnings (OTE) in your first year is $87,000, with uncapped commission and additional incentives.

Account Executive RoleMove into an Account Executive position after at least 3 months in the SDR role:
Key Responsibilities:- Convert qualified leads and close new business
- Engage key decision makers (including C-Suite)
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Drive new business opportunities and growth
- Collaborate with SDRs and the wider sales team
- Proven SDR success: At least 3 months with strong appointment-setting results.
