Global Sales Leader – Multi‑Site Building Automation Solutions
As the Global Sales Leader for Multi‑Site building automation solutions at Honeywell, you will have a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through expanding existing customer relationships along with developing new customer relationships. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales strategies, leading and developing a team, and providing strategic insights to senior management. You will report directly to our Senior Director of Global Key Account Sales.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, order processing, and support.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management to drive business growth and market leadership.
- 8+ years of experience selling complex solutions in the commercial market.
- At least 5 years of experience managing teams or in a leadership/managerial role.
- Understanding of connected building solutions including BMS, HVAC, refrigeration, SaaS.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
- Strong background in sales management, especially in niche or technical sales environments with focus on Retail and/or Grocery Vertical.
- Experience in building automation, BMS, SaaS.
- Direct end‑user experience across Retail, QSR, and C‑Store segments.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets.
- Continuous learning and adaptability.
