Our client, a leading building material manufacturer, is searching for a Technical Sales Representative to cover the greater Georgia market. This role will concentrate in Metro Atlanta but some travel may be required in Georgia.
About the RoleThe Technical Sales Representative is the customer-facing associate on a sales team anchored in integrity and enthusiasm. As you develop opportunities for our client, you will make long-lasting relationships in the local construction community and play an integral role in projects over the entire construction cycle.
Responsibilities- Specifying efficient structural framing systems with architects and engineers on a project-by-project basis
- Developing and presenting structural framing concepts
- Problem-solving with the design and construction communities
- Preparing project bids
- Negotiating and Closing a valued project framing system
Experience working with the Construction, Architectural, Engineering, or Building Material Manufacturing industries is required. You must reside in the Atlanta area.

- They are passionate about the construction industry and have a knack for designing structural systems - something valued by specifiers, contractors, and building owners alike.
- They are excellent communicators and can accurately convey building concepts and ideas.

- Technical Sales Representatives are creative thinkers with strong problem-solving skills who go to great lengths to care for customers.
- They consistently utilize all available tools and technologies at their disposal.
- They are simultaneously self-motivated and team-oriented.
- Many have degrees in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture.
Base plus lucrative commission, car allowance and full benefits.
