Sales Executive Opportunity – Commercial Access Solutions (Greater Atlanta Area)

Our partner, a rapidly growing, private equity‑backed leader in the commercial access solutions space, is looking for a driven Sales Executive to lead new business development for its Georgia construction division. This is a high‑impact, hunter‑focused role designed for a self‑starter ready to build a long‑term book of business across a booming market.

• Base + Uncapped Commission
• Year 1 OTE ($175k+)
• Build long‑term relationships instead of chasing one‑off wins

• Own and execute full sales cycle across the greater Atlanta area
• Sell a diverse portfolio of access control, gate, and security solutions
• Develop and expand relationships with general contractors, developers, and property managers
• Navigate complex sales cycles and get past gatekeepers to close frequent, mid‑sized deals

• Experience with access control sales experience
• A solid network among GCs, developers, and/or property managers
• Strong relationship‑building skills and a polished sales approach
• The mentality of a self‑driven who can adapt and win without hand‑holding
