Base Salary: $80,000–$120,000 + Commissions + Performance Bonuses

Your Role in the Market

As the Lead Advisor for Cartersville, you will:

  • Serve as the primary advisor for new and existing clients in the region
  • Conduct consultative, retirement-focused meetings with warm, vetted prospects
  • Design and implement holistic retirement strategies using AUM solutions, fixed indexed annuities, and income planning tools
  • Convert high-intent prospects into long-term client relationships
  • Provide ongoing guidance, reviews, and planning support to ensure strong retention and outcomes
  • Educate clients clearly and confidently — no jargon, no pressure, no product-pushing
