This is a true in-home sales role with company-provided, pre-qualified leads
—no prospecting, no cold calling.

• Conduct in-home design consultations with pre-qualified homeowners
• Present bath remodeling solutions using an iPad-based presentation
• Build rapport, assess customer needs, and close sales in the home
• Manage appointments, follow-ups, and customer communication
• Participate in bi-weekly professional sales training
• Follow a proven sales process designed to help you succeed

• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Confidence working directly with homeowners in their homes
• Highly motivated, goal-driven, and self-disciplined
• Ability to work independently while following a structured sales system
• Previous in-home sales experience preferred
• Home improvement, bathroom remodeling, construction, or residential sales experience is a plus
