Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for an Independent Sales Representative in the flooring industry. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the Sales Representative will promote Durato USA's products, generate leads, negotiate contracts, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications
  • Sales and Business Development:
    Strong ability to identify potential clients, generate leads, and close sales with a focus on growth.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    Excellent skills in building and maintaining relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored product solutions.
  • Communication and Negotiation:
    Proficiency in persuasive verbal and written communication, as well as negotiation skills to secure contracts and agreements.
  • Product Knowledge and Adaptability: A solid understanding of manufacturing, distribution, and related industry knowledge, with the ability to quickly learn about new products and market trends.
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and achieve goals effectively.
  • Previous experience in hard surface is preferred.
