Company WebsiteJob DescriptionAs a Sales Representative at Surgical Principals, Inc., you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by engaging with surgeons and operating room managers. Your responsibilities include making consultative sales presentations, proposing solutions tailored to the needs of surgeons and OR managers, conducting clinical trials with our products, and implementing products into the operating room environment.
ProductsOur product line encompasses disposable surgical devices, reusable devices, and capital equipment, all focusing on minimally invasive procedures in the operating room. Our products are well received in the marketplace with many accounts using several of the products within the territory.
Responsibilities- Engage with surgeons and operating room managers to promote sales growth
- Make consultative sales presentations and propose tailored solutions
- Conduct clinical trials with our products
- Implement products into the operating room environment
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales with a proven track record
- High energy level and adaptability to learn new concepts quickly
- Ability to conduct consultative sales through formal sales training
- Experience in laparoscopic, general, or gynecologic surgical device sales (preferred)
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods (1‑5 hours) during surgeries
- Capability to lift equipment up to 50 lbs.
Employees are required to drive and must adhere to the company’s automobile policy. Background checks from the Department of Motor Vehicles will be conducted as part of the application process and periodically thereafter.
Compensation & Benefits- Base salary DOE: $50,000 - $75,000
- Commissions and performance incentives, with a total compensation range of $100,000 - $130,000
- 401(k) program with matching contribution
