Responsibilities
  • Identify and research target accounts using modern sales data tools
  • Conduct cold outreach via phone, email, and social channels to generate new pipeline
  • Engage prospects with compelling messaging tailored to their business needs
  • Qualify leads against defined criteria before handing off to Accountives
  • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and progress in CRM (Salesforce)
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outbound messaging and campaigns
  • Consistently achieve activity metrics (calls, emails, meetings booked)
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape
Requirements
  • 1‑2 years of sales or business development experience (B2B SaaS preferred)
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to feedback
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement tools (Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, etc.)
  • Be comfortable working during US business hours to stay aligned with our team and customers
Nice to Have
  • Prior outbound sales experience
  • Resilience, strong communication, and comfort with high‑volume outreach
