What You Will Do âïž- Closing new business:
Own the client relationship throughout the entire sales cycle - from the first point of contact through to agreement activation - Target outreach: source leads via multiâchannel outreach campaigns (Cold calling, email and Linked In) to Founders, CEOs and CFOs of Europe's fastest growing brands and retailers
- Work with our Underwriting Team to tailor funding offers to our prospects' unique business requirements
- Become a subject matter expert on the wider workingâcapital funding market and how other options compare with our product
- Provide accurate forecasting predictions and leverage our CRM system effectively
- Contribute to the ongoing development of salesârelated systems, processes and business practices by sharing recommendations to improve efficiency and capacity
- Act as the voice of our customers, feeding back insights into the product development cycle
- 4+ years of demonstrable experience hitting ambitious targets in commercial closing roles in the B2B technology or financial services industries (lending experience preferred)
- Experience operating in a fastâpaced, quotaâcarrying environment, driving both existing and incremental revenue growth through proactive account management, strategic upsells, and crossâsell initiatives
- Consistently exceeded targets by leveraging dataâdriven insights to enhance customer engagement and retention
- You are interested in the highâgrowth Eâcommerce ecosystem
- You are a natural people person: charismatic, emotionally intelligent and able to adapt your communication style to your audience
- You have excellent analytical skills tempered with a sense of commerciality, financial acumen and strong administration skills
- Working knowledge of a CRM such as Hub Spot or Salesforce would be ideal
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
