Who We Need

We are looking for a professional US or UK‑based Sales Director who will develop and execute the company’s sales strategy to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and build & manage high‑performing sales teams. This role provides strategic leadership, manages key customer relationships, and ensures sales targets are consistently achieved.

Responsibilities
  • Own and develop a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals and business needs
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Set sales objectives, forecasts, and KPIs; monitor performance and optimize the team results
  • Identify new business opportunities, markets, and strategic partnerships where the company can grow
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to ensure alignment
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to leadership
  • Establish revenue stability and forecasting accuracy by implementing structured pipeline management practices
  • Represent sales within business planning and budgeting cycles
  • Represent Good Vision in various traffic events
Requirements
  • Substantial leadership experience spanning Sales and Marketing in a B2B environment
  • Previous experience in sales team leadership and sales operations
  • Skilled in sales pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue management
  • Experience in scaling sales organizations and entering new markets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Problem‑solving mindset with a customer‑focused approach
  • International or multi‑region sales leadership experience
  • Fluent in English
