Leasing Consultant | MAA Lenox

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Leasing Consultant to join the MAA team in Lenox. As part of our dynamic leasing operations, you will help exceed residents’ expectations and transform apartments into homes.

• Interact with prospective residents to communicate the value of living at a MAA community.
• Secure lease agreements and initiate the screening process for prospective residents.
• Communicate lease expirations, facilitate lease renewals, and assist with property marketing activities.
• Coordinate resident events and support community engagement initiatives.

• At least one year of experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, or leasing.
• Knowledge of apartment management laws and regulations at the federal, state, and local levels (preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• High school diploma/GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
