Our client in the fragrance industry is seeking a Senior Perfumer to join their team in the metropolitan Atlanta area. In this high-impact role, you will create unique and appealing fragrances across a wide range of commercial products. This role has a strong emphasis on innovation (approximately 50%) and requires exceptional olfactory expertise paired with scientific skill to translate creative concepts into high-quality fragrances.

• Create unique and appealing fragrances for a wide range of commercial products
• Ensure high-quality fragrances meet client briefs, technical requirements, and brand positioning
• Collaborate with perfumers, evaluators, innovation, marketing, and sales
• Demonstrate outstanding creativity, imagination, and innovation
• Formulate fragrances using both traditional methods and advanced tools
• Develop original concepts and winning fragrances that strengthen market competitiveness
• Provide expert matching of leading competitive products
• Actively participate in the marketing and sales process
• Develop fragrance concepts, prototypes, business development ideas, and presentations
• Share ingredient knowledge and technical expertise to enhance internal capabilities
• Stay current on market trends and fragrance types and share insights with the team

• Bachelor's degree is required
• 7+ years as a perfumer in a fragrance creation environment is required
• Proven track record of creating successful commercial fragrances is required
• In-depth knowledge of raw materials, essential oils, and aroma chemicals is required
• Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards is required
• Excellent olfactory abilities and sensory evaluation skills are required
