What You'll Do:
- Meet with pre-qualified homeowners (no cold calling!) to assess their remodeling needs.
- Guide customers through the sales process with a consultative, solutions-driven approach.
- Present detailed proposals and product options that match client needs and budgets.
- Manage your sales pipeline from initial consultation to project completion
. - Collaborate with our operations team to ensure a seamless installation experience.
- Stay informed on industry trends, product innovations, and competitor offerings
.
What We're Looking For:
- 1+ year of sales experience (home improvement, in-home, or commissioned sales preferred).
- Basic construction knowledge or willingness to learn.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working independently.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Comfortable lifting and carrying 60 lbs of sample materials.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using a tablet-based CRM.
Preferred:
- 3+ years of commissioned or in-home sales experience.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Full-time W2 position with uncapped earning potential
