Lead Cybersecurity Sales Strategist – OT Solutions
Honeywell is seeking a Lead Cybersecurity Sales Representative to leverage your expertise in Cyber Operational Technology (OT) and drive sales across the Southeast United States.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve an annual quota of $5–$7 million in the OT security sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the OT Cybersecurity market using advanced prospecting techniques and industry intelligence.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients across targeted industry sectors, understanding their OT environments and cybersecurity challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, product development) to design and deliver tailored Cyber OT security solutions that meet client needs and regulatory requirements.
- Stay current on OT Cybersecurity trends, threats, and compliance requirements; continuously enhance knowledge of products and competition.
- Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and presentations to communicate the value of OT Cybersecurity solutions.
- Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and metrics; analyze data to identify trends and implement improvement strategies.
- Represent Honeywell at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to strengthen brand presence and generate new business leads.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in OT Cybersecurity sales or a related field, with a proven track record of success in selling complex security solutions.
- Consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas, particularly in the OT Cybersecurity sectors.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity products and solutions applicable to operational technology environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to articulate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively cross‑functionally.
- Strong negotiation skills with a customer‑oriented attitude.
